Why bring these records together?
A property listing is only one part of a buying decision. Sale records, energy information and local evidence can sit in different services and describe different dates or locations. SashMark organises the available information and makes those distinctions visible.
Buyers can start with a free property preview, inspect a clearly labelled example report, or use our free guides. Paid reports add findings where the underlying sources support them. Coverage varies by address.
Our approach to evidence
We distinguish recorded facts from interpretation, identify uncertain address matches and show missing data explicitly. A favourable result is not a guarantee that a property has no issues. Our methodology page explains these limits and how the report is assembled.
SashMark is not a surveyor, conveyancer or mortgage adviser. Its reports and guides help organise early research; they do not replace professional inspection, valuation or legal checks.
